A sensitive and pro-active style of psychotherapy, drawing on the style of Fritz Perls (Gestalt Therapy) and David Pellin (Contribution Training). Sessions provide a confidential and safe space to look at sensitive and difficult areas of our lives, find practical solutions and help us move forward to a better place within ourselves.
A ‘one off’, or a course of sessions is available depending on your needs and circumstances.
It is not necessary to commit to long term weekly sessions, but we will advise you of what would be most beneficial at your first visit or at your initial consultation.
